When I realized I could use my passion for makeup to boost my confidence and the confidence of other ladies, it was a total game changer!
The truth is, there are a lot of obstacles keeping women from reaching their goals.
Whether it’s poor body image or lack of certainty at work, makeup offers me a way out—through self-expression and freedom.
I want women to feel as confident and valuable as they truly are.
Reclaiming the Beauty Space
For centuries, women have used makeup and skincare to accentuate their beauty and display their creativity.
In more recent years, our relationship with makeup has become… complicated.
Some argue that makeup is a tool used to oppress women or distract them from other important things.
The beauty industry is time-consuming, encourages unattainable beauty standards, and makeup hides what we really look like.
Is that really true?
First, let me say those concerns are valid.
But there are a lot of great things that come with makeup too.
The good outweighs the bad.
It’s my hope that we can stand together and reclaim the beauty space as:
A place that empowers women to be their best selves.
A community that encourages women to do the inner work first.
A safe space where women can explore their creativity and feel beautiful.
